Under his guidance, the firm develops forward-leaning leadership frameworks for public and private clients and serves as the strategic compass for the Inter Astra Ecosystem—a global initiative bridging space-related tools with real-world impact.

Architect of Inter Astra: A Global Community for the Business of Space

As founder of Inter Astra, Ché launched a unique platform combining governance, digital innovation, and public engagement. Through its core pillars—Bolden Group (Expertise and Governance), the Inter Astra Institute (impact), and InterAstra.space (Opportunity)—he is redefining who gets to lead, build, and benefit from space-enabled industries.

Marine Corps Strategist and Global Diplomat

From the Pentagon to NATO’s frontlines, Bolden has negotiated international agreements, built bilateral partnerships, and shaped DoD policies with long-lasting global influence. He served as a Commandant of the Marine Corps Fellow at the Brookings Institution and was a leading voice for the integration of human-machine teaming across defense and civilian systems.

Trailblazer in Education and Civic Engagement

Ché holds advanced degrees in Strategic Studies and International Relations from Marine Corps University and The Fletcher School at Tufts University. He is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations and sits on multiple nonprofit boards advancing space access, education, and civic leadership.

Committed to Equity, Community, and Purpose

Based in McLean, Virginia, Ché and his wife Penny are the parents of three adult children and remain deeply engaged in their community. His work continues to open doors for often-overlooked voices, ensuring that the next era of exploration and innovation is more representative, resilient, and ready.
