Krystall is a dynamic aviation professional committed to education, equity, and innovation in the skies and beyond. As Program Director and Lead Drone Instructor at the Tuskegee Airmen National Museum, she designs and leads aviation and drone education programs that empower youth—bridging the gap between opportunity and access in traditionally underrepresented communities.
A former flight attendant and a dual-degree graduate from Michigan State University (English and Special Education – Autism Spectrum Disorder), Krystall brings a unique blend of compassion, precision, and leadership to every space she enters.
Currently building flight hours toward her industry pilot license, Krystall remains a lifelong learner with a clear vision for impact. She believes that the future of aviation is as diverse and limitless as the students she serves—and she’s committed to helping them soar.
